I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Average shipping times are 3-5 working days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been dispatched. If you don't have a tracking number within 7 business days, please email us at contact@pro-sports-uk.com.
I am not satisfied with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. The return shipping cost is at your expense.
To help us process your return smoothly, please include a written note with your package containing the following details:

- Your Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Reason for Return (e.g., wrong size, defective item, etc.)
- Action Requested (e.g., exchange for a different size/color, refund)

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order without penalty, but it must be done before the item is shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, please use our return system to get a full refund.
I entered an incorrect address. What should I do?
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, email us immediately at contact@pro-sports-uk.com. If we are notified within 24 hours, we can correct the address before dispatch.
Please note: No refunds will be issued for incorrect addresses if not reported within 24 hours of placing your order.
